Each time a Google Form™ submission is made, recipients will receive an email notification with links to respond to the request. Email notifications contain unique links for recipients to respond. Do not reply or forward them to other users. The links recipients receive will depend on the role they have been assigned. Learn more about role types and their respective actions.
When on our Team plan, administrators can force recipients to sign in with their account when responding to a request. Learn more about Recipient Authentication.
