How to approve requests
Each time a Google Form submission is made by a user, recipients will receive an email notification with links to respond to the request. Emails notifications contain unique links for recipients to respond. Do not reply or forward them to other users. The links recipients receive will depend on the role they have been assigned. Learn more about role types and their respective actions.
When on our Team plan, recipients also have access to a Recipient Portal that allows them to approve or decline requests directly from our website. For privacy reasons, since the Recipient Portal provides access to form response data, it is only accessible after authentication using a Google account.
Also when on our Team plan, administrators can force recipients to sign in with their Google account when responding to a request.
